Methods of payment
Purchases can be paid through the methods listed below:
- Card (Visa, Master Card or American Express). Available for all countries.
- Bizum
- Bank transfer: once the order is completed, you will have 72 hours to make the payment. Otherwise, it will be considered that you are not interested in the order and it will be cancelled.
Shipping
Pre-ordered products will not be shipped free of charge. When there are several pre-ordered products in an order, the shipping cost per product must be paid.
In 24/48 we ship through the courier company CORREOS EXPRESS.
Once the purchase has been made and payment has been received, we will proceed with the preparation and shipment of the package. This will be delivered with the following deadlines:
- Spain peninsula: 24h/48h
- Balearic Islands: 48h/72h
No shipments will be made on Saturdays, domains or holidays.
Orders placed over the weekend will be prepared the following Monday.
Estimated delivery times advertised on the website may be subject to alterations due to local holidays, state holidays, summer, order overload or due to causes beyond Ottowoodsforniture’s control, and are in no case binding or guaranteed dates.
For orders with lower amounts the shipping costs will be:
- Spain mainland: €5.5
- Balearic Islands: 20€.

Returns and exchanges
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if communicated within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order.
Returns or exchanges for damaged products will only be accepted if the damage is caused in shipping or manufacturing. To do so, a maximum of 10 days notice must be given by sending us a picture of the damage.
What should you do to return or exchange a product?
To return or exchange a product you must send us an email to ottowoodsforniture@gmail.com with the following information to help us speed up the process:

- Product
- Explain to us the reason for the return or exchange.
Once we have received your application we will evaluate it and contact you as soon as possible to provide you with the options available to you.
You must return or deliver the goods directly to Ottowoodsforniture, Avda. Can Sucarrats, 108. Nave 2., 08191, Rubí, Barcelona. FUSTERIA GRILMA, SL, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
How and when will you receive your refund?
Once we have evaluated the request we will proceed to reimburse the product to the bank account with which the payment was made.
Any refund to the customer will be made within a maximum of 14 working days from the verification of the request.
Pre-order conditions
Pre-order items are products that have not yet been released to the market, but there is an approximate release date. If you don’t want to risk running out of the item, this is the most recommended option!
For each of these products, there is a reservation period that closes the day before the launch date. Within this period, there is a discounted pre-order period which will depend on each item and will be specified on the product page. If you book during that time, you can benefit from an extraordinary discount. So, don’t miss your chance and book as soon as possible!

These products may be paid by card, bizum or transfer and full payment must be made for the product.
Shipping
The pre-ordered product will be shipped when we receive the stock in our warehouse and it has been previously verified that the full payment has been made.
Cancellations
Pre-order items are orders placed specifically for you. Once the total fee has been paid, cancellation of the reservation will result in the loss of the amount paid in advance.
In addition, the release date is determined by the distributor and is estimated, so it may be subject to change or delay. Since this does not exempt from its purchase, the delay in arrival will not be a reason for cancellation of the reservation.
Returns

Right of withdrawal for consumers and users
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

Your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, although its use is not mandatory.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first. You must return or deliver the goods directly to us or to (insert the name and address, if applicable, of the person authorized by you to receive the goods), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate to us your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired.
